If you look at photos from North Korea, North Korea looks like a paradise. Festivals are held frequently in Pyeongyang and various performances are held. They even used 2 billion dollars for the Day of the Sun. They even built a 50km long waterway all the way from Nampo to open a dolphin show in Pyeongyang. This is all for the priviledged class in Pyeongyang. 70~80% of North Korean children are suffering from malnutrition, and 500 thousand tons of food is in shortage. North Korea is only a paradise for the privileged few.
