This is Lena Park, or Junghyun Park. She's actually an American-born Korean, graduated from Columbia University. She's currently a singer in Korea (since 1998, I think). This is a recent clip from 나는 가수다 (I'm a singer). It's like an evolved Korean version of American Idol. A number of top-notch Korean pop-stars compete against each other. Every week there's a new theme, and scores are decided by popular vote.
This song is a remake of 이젠 그랬으면 좋겠네 (I hope it'd be that way now) by 조용필 (Yong Pil Jo), a legendary old-school Korean singer. Enjoy.
